Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 90 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
